Take I-70 to Glennwood Springs. It’s a couple hundred miles west of Denver, but the drive through Glennwood Canyon, is breath-taking. If you like to bike, you can bike the entire canyon on a bike path that runs along the river. The town is beautiful too, I could give you a lot of places to check out that are beautiful.
