Can this show be any more spastic? Someone get the writers some Xanax.
Still, it was a fun episode, despite some lackluster animation at times. And, no, I'm not talking about the super-deformed sequences. Although, come to think of it, most of those looked like ass, too. Why the laziness, GAINAX? Someone get the animators some...well, I guess Xanax might work for that, too.
Xanax for everyone!

You'd think Yoshitaka would be happy Anna swung that way. After all, he likes to watch.
The Pochi sequences still lack something, I think. The timing of the slapstick is a little off. I'd be curious to know how extensive these scenes were in the original manga, as it feels like poor adaptation on the part of the anime director. They're still fun scenes, but they could definitely use some improvement - especially if they're going to be a staple of each episode.

Izumi screams entirely too much.
Before, I was a little concerned about Pochi's role in the show, but I have to admit, he's an absolute riot. I just hope we don't see too many "Pochi chases Izumi" sequences in future episodes. Sure, they're funny and all, but they make my ears hurt. Someone tell Izumi to put a sock in it.

Oh, how I envy Yoshitaka. I don't care if he's a complete loser. He's still one lucky bastard.
Like most GAINAX fanservice vehicles, He Is My Master is a lot of fun. It's not the fanservice that gets my motor running, though. It's the humor. This show is falling on the floor, bawling my eyes out, losing control of bodily functions funny.
It's all thanks to Yoshitaka, I think. Poor, pitiful, puny, perverted Yoshitaka. Mr. Unrepentant Misogynist. Filthy stinkin' rich or not, the guy's got issues. And, much to my delight, the show goes to great lengths to beat up on him. Izumi and Mitsuki are cute, of course, but, as far as I'm concerned, my man Yoshitaka is the real star of the show.
Speaking of which, Izumi and Mitsuki truly are cute. Especially Mitsuki. Even if Shimizu Ai's performance gives me Onegai Twins flashbacks.
