Tama-chan looked, um, a little different in a swimsuit. Pray tell, what else is the girl hiding?
Another fun episode. Momono san without her hair sure looks….different ^_^;;
The scene where Haibara is talking to himself was hilarious. I hope we get to see an episode where his character is developed further. I really want to know the story behind Johnny and what Haibara does for a living.
Sayoko san with Asami in that sports car looked really cool. She actually looked…alive!!
By the way, I watched your Karma Chameleon music video. Hilarious stuff. I love it. I think it suits the opening animation very well. In fact, I watched the whole of Bottle Fairy because of that video.
I didn't get the irony of Shiratori's shirt. Is it supposed to be funny becuase he dosen't swim very well, indicating he is a land animal or is it something more subtle?
When I grow up I want to be just like Haibara
Regarding Shiratori's shirt, the joke is pretty straightfoward. Take the two characters on the front of the shirt: "sui" (water) and "riku" (land). "Suiriku" would mean "land and water". On the back of the shirt you have "ryou" (both) and "you" (use). So, "ryouyou", would mean "dual use" or "both ways".
So, "suirikuryouyou" literally means "dual use (on) land and water", but in common usage, it means "amphibious".
Obviously, if Shiratori were all that amphibious (in the sense that he functions just as well on water as he does land), he'd be a better swimmer.
