Koi Kaze 02

You know, this show doesn't have very high production values, but because of the art style, it doesn't seem that big a deal. The simplicity and dated look works in its own weird way.

This episode really wasn't all that interesting in the story department, but it clears up a few things regarding Koushirou's character, the most important being that he's a pretty big jerk. Someone needs to slap him around a bit.

Nanoka is awfully cute, though...

I, too, find the understated and retro look of KoiKaze charming. Ep. 2 was a little disappointing; it was much more serious than Ch. 2 of the manga. But I still think Koushirou is a loveable character; he sort of redeemed himself at the end of the ep.

Same with me, the simple look works just as it did with Twin Spica. Koushirou better not be a jerk again like he was this time.

One of these days I'll get to reading the manga, as soon as I can afford to buy some stuff from amazon.co.jp. No Japanese bookstores around here...
