Kind of a lackluster ending, but the more I think about it, it's a satisfying ending. Overall, though, I found the series a bit disappointing. One could commend it for keeping the story focused on a couple of simple themes, but that also meant it grew stagnant with time. All things considered, the middle episodes were pretty frustrating.

Was Onegai Twins better than Onegai Teacher? That's a tough call. As much as I enjoyed Onegai Teacher, Onegai Twins had the more interesting male lead, more realistic characters, and didn't have to fall back on sci-fi clichés to move the story along. We'll just say that both series work well together.
